Two ways to buy Tickets

• Send a cheque payable to CJSO with your choice of menu to CJSO, P.O. Box 8260, Station T Ottawa ON K1G 3H7 and e-mail CJSO to confirm that you mailed your cheque, or

• Drop off a cheque payable to CJSO with your choice of menu to the front desk of Sheraton Hotel. The cheque should be in a sealed envelope showing YOUR NAME and addressed to: CJSO - Attention: Sam Toma. Also, please e-mail CJSO to confirm dropping the cheque at Sheraton Hotel.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and your ticket(s) will be handed out at the door. The menu is presented below.
